Gym deadlift:  650lbs.  10/31/06

Gym box squat, 3 sets chain:  710/1 full gear,  600/5 plus 3 sets chain, belt, suit bottoms.

Reverse band deadlift:  705/1 blue band, easy 4/13/07

DB tricep extensions 6x6 circuit:  70's x6x6 :15 sec rest

225 rep test:  38 reps

Pin press at mid way, comp grip:  560/1

Pin press at chest, comp grip:  475/1

Pin press at chest, ring grip, flat back:  410/ 12/9/07

Smooth grip pin press at chest, light band:  260/1

Rack pull above knee:  805/1 straps, belt 2/2/07

Rack pull at knee:  715/1 no straps, 765/1 straps, 650/5 no straps

Rack pull 2 inches below knee, belt, no straps:  705/1

RDL, no straps, belt:  655/1
